This Iron-Chef type event features three local chefs competing on stage with a secret ingredient to create winning dishes for our judges. The winner is awarded the Golden Spatula. The event is held at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. 2022 winner, Eric Bueno of Feast Market & Cellar, will defend his title against contenders Corbin Morwick of One World Catering, and Dan Thomas of The Elm.
