Join us for our Winter Brunch on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Both 11am and 1pm seatings are available. This all inclusive three course brunch includes the menu below and paired cocktails from Cardinal Spirits. The cost is $50/person and reservations with food choices are required. 1st Course:
Caponata: marinated roasted red peppers, eggplant, celery, and onion w/ basil, vinegar, garlic, and pine nuts served w/ warm bread
Citrus salad: winter lemons, orange, and grapefruit in olive oil on arugula

2nd Course:
Beef Manhattan: Braised beef shoulder in its own rich gravy served on creamy buttermilk mashed potatoes and white bread (Seth ElgarFinch’s Brasserie)
Cioppino – Mixed seafood poached in tomato-wine broth, served w/ garlic bread (Adam Wason, City of Bloomington & April WasonCommunity Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County)
Falafel Waffle- Savory falafel waffle, Israeli cous cous salad, pickled Brussels sprouts and asparagus, Harissa, tzaziki, Frisee (Chris Swartzentruber & Sarah NolanUpland Brewing Company)

3rd Course:
Rice pudding with ale & salted caramel sauce, and mixed nut brittle (Alison MayScholars Inn & Jarrod MayThe Tap – BTown)
