Join us for this all inclusive three course brunch to support Community Kitchen’s hunger relief efforts. It will be held on Sunday, November 12th with seatings at 11am and 1pm. Chefs for this brunch are folks from IVY Tech Culinary Arts Program. Drinks will be provided by Cardinal Spirits. Non-alcoholic drinks are available, as well. Don’t miss this brunch!

Reservations and menu choices are required. Make your reservation for the 11am or 1pm seating by calling us at 812-332-0999 or emailing your seating request and menu choices to director@monroecommunitykitchen.com.

Menu includes:

1st course (choose one):

___Lomi lomi Salmon – cured salmon salad with nori and seasoned   sushi rice or

___Island Fruit Gazpacho: cold soup made with a variety of tropical fruits and avocado mousse

 

2nd course (choose one): (Each served with Island Sweet Potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes made with coconut milk )

___Kahlua Pork – smoked pork shoulder braised with pineapple or

___Grilled fish with mango salsa or

___Kahlua Tofu and Mushrooms – smoked tofu and crimini mushrooms sautéed with pineapple

 

3rd course:

Mango and Coconut Ice Cream (vegan, one scoop of each flavor) with grilled pineapple and macadamia nut brittle
